¡Bienvenidos! Welcome!
You have arrived at the official blog of the Latin Baby Book Club!
Established in August of 2008 by our parent company, Latin Baby, the LBBC was created for familias looking for bilingual children's literature that celebrates the Latino culture.
Our goal is to help our children develop pride for their Latin culture through education and literature. All of the books we share on this site reflect the Hispanic culture and family. Be sure to check out our Libro del Mes, or Book of the Month, for new and classic stories that are my personal pick for Latino family libraries.
We also strive to support Hispanic authors through interviews and our reviews of bilingual young adult and children's books. The LBBC is also proud to be able to provide a platform for new and experienced authors to share their thoughts and some of the history behind their stories.
Be sure to visit our sister site, MommyMaestra.com, for additional educational resources in English and Spanish.
Wishing you many happy hours of reading together!
~Monica
